These stainless steel TEM grids, sold as a 50 pack, are used for mounting atom probe samples for either just APT when preparing samples via FIB, or for combined TEM/APT correlative microscopy. These can be used in compatible mounts, such as our TEM Grid Holders.

The grid is 3.05 mm diameter, and can hold 3 samples on the prongs. These grids are marked such that the orientation can be identified when inverted, such that sample flips can be readily identified.

These grids are unpolished, and typical apex diameters are typically 10um, but can be readily polished further either by FIB or electrochemical etching, if required. (hole geometry may differ slightly from shown images).
