This is a compact diaphragm pump, for rough-vacuum pumping. The system is oil-free and can be used for either rough evacuation of ports, or for backing of turbo vacuum pumps.

The pump is compact, and is equipped with a G 1/8" port (female) for flange connection. At only 2kg, this is an extremely lightweight pump for compact vacuum requirements. The system has a maximum speed of 50Hz (boost), but runs near-sliently at normal operating frequencies. With a pump speed of 0.6 m^3/h, the displacement is good relative to the pumps compact size, but can nevertheless achieve an ultimate pressure of <1 mbar.

This pump is compatible with our control unit, and makes an excellent backing pump when combined with pfeiffer Hipace 10 series units. Note that we have limited stock available for immediate dispatch, so please contact us prior to ordering.
